1.목적

본 약관은 주식회사 피콘(이하 “회사”)이 제공하는 크리에이터 프로필 및 링크 관리 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여, 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무, 수익 정산 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

2.용어의 정의

  • 회원: 본 약관에 동의하고 카카오 로그인 등을 통해 서비스에 가입하여, 본인의 고유 프로필 페이지(peakon.me/@ID)를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
  • 피콘 DB: 회원의 페이지를 통해 카카오 로그인을 완료하고 ‘알림 수신’에 동의한 팬의 데이터를 의미하며, 인플루언서의 실질적인 마케팅 화력을 측정하는 핵심 지표입니다.
  • 확장 서비스(수익화 프로그램): 회원이 본인의 계정 영향력을 바탕으로 부가적인 가치를 창출할 수 있도록 회사가 제공하는 상품 큐레이션, 체험단, 공구 매칭 등의 서비스를 통칭합니다.
  • 자격 해제(Unlock): 회사가 정한 특정 기준(SNS 팔로워 수, 피콘 활성 DB 수 등)을 충족한 회원에게 단계적으로 상위 확장 서비스 이용 권한을 부여하는 게이미피케이션 시스템을 말합니다.

3.SNS 계정 연동 및 데이터 활용

  • 회원은 본인의 프로필 포트폴리오 강화 및 맞춤형 확장 서비스 제안을 위해 Meta(Instagram), Google(YouTube), TikTok 등의 공식 API(OAuth)를 통해 SNS 계정을 연동할 수 있습니다.
  • 회사는 연동된 SNS 계정으로부터 ‘팔로워/구독자 수, 프로필 정보, 게시물 메타데이터’를 수집하며, 이를 회원의 프로필 페이지에 시각적으로 노출하거나 광고주 매칭 지표로 활용합니다.
  • 회사는 회원의 SNS 계정 비밀번호를 수집하지 않으며, 게시물 작성/수정 권한을 요구하지 않습니다.

4.확장 서비스의 이용 및 수익 정산

  • 회사는 회원의 체급(팔로워 수)과 화력(피콘 DB 수)을 종합적으로 평가하여 선별적인 확장 서비스를 제안합니다.
  • 회원이 참여한 프로젝트에서 수익이 발생할 경우, 사전에 합의된 RS(수익 배분) 비율에 따라 ‘정산 관리’ 메뉴에 실시간 반영되며 회사가 정한 주기에 따라 지급됩니다.
  • 회사는 리뷰 먹튀 방지 등을 위해 일정 기간 정산금을 에스크로(보관)할 수 있습니다.

5.기밀 유지 및 손해 배상

  • 회원은 서비스를 통해 제공받은 제휴 조건, 폐쇄몰 특가 정보, 전용 암호화 링크 등 비공개 정보를 외부에 유출해서는 안 됩니다.
  • 회원은 체험단 등 제휴 프로젝트 참여 시 약속된 가이드를 준수하여 성실히 이행해야 합니다.
  • 기밀 정보 유출(가격 정보 노출 등)이나 프로젝트 불이행으로 회사 및 광고주에게 손해를 끼칠 경우, 회사는 즉시 서비스 이용을 제한하고 정산금 지급을 보류하며 손해 배상을 청구할 수 있습니다.

Peakon Influencer Terms of Service

1.Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, revenue settlement, and responsibilities between Peakon Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the Member in connection with the use of the creator profile and link management service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

2.Definitions

  • Member: Refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and uses their unique profile page (peakon.me/@ID).
  • Peakon DB: Refers to the data of fans who have completed Kakao login and consented to ‘Receive Notifications’ through the Member's page. This is the key metric for measuring an influencer's actual marketing power.
  • Extended Services: Refers to additional services such as product curation, experiential campaigns, and group buying (gonggu) matching provided by the Company.
  • Unlock: Refers to the gamification system that grants access to higher-tier services based on specific criteria (SNS followers, active Peakon DB count).

3.Social Media Account Connection

  • Members may connect their SNS accounts (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) via official APIs (OAuth) to receive customized service proposals.
  • The Company collects ‘follower/subscriber counts, profile info, and post metadata’ for visual display and advertiser matching.
  • The Company does not collect Members' SNS account passwords and does not request post creation/editing permissions.

4.Extended Services and Revenue Settlement

  • Selective services are proposed based on the Member's tier (followers) and firepower (Peakon DB).
  • Revenue share (RS) is reflected in real-time in the ‘Settlement Management’ menu and paid according to the Company's cycle.
  • The Company may hold settlement funds in escrow for a certain period to prevent ‘review no-shows’ or other violations.

5.Confidentiality and Damages

  • Members must not leak confidential information (partnership terms, closed mall prices, encrypted links) to external platforms.
  • Members must faithfully execute affiliate projects according to the provided guidelines.
  • If a Member causes damage to the Company or advertisers by leaking confidential info or failing to perform projects, the Company may restrict service use, withhold settlement, and claim damages.
