인플루언서 개인정보처리방침

주식회사 피콘(이하 ‘회사’)은 인플루언서 회원(이하 ‘회원’)의 개인정보 및 SNS 데이터를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 최선을 다하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1.회원가입 시 수집하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 목적

회사는 카카오 간편로그인을 통한 회원가입 시 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 이용합니다.

필수 수집 항목

  • 수집 항목: 카카오계정(휴대전화번호), 프로필 정보(닉네임, 프로필 사진)
  • 수집 목적: 회원 가입 의사 확인, 이용자 식별, 서비스 주요 안내 및 실시간 알림톡 발송

선택 수집 항목

  • 수집 항목: 성별, 연령대, 생일, 출생 연도
  • 수집 목적: 인플루언서 팬덤 통계 분석 데이터 제공, 연령/성별 맞춤형 혜택 제공 및 마케팅 활용

2.서비스 이용 및 정산 단계에서 수집하는 정보

회사는 가입 이후 특정 기능을 이용하는 시점에 아래와 같은 정보를 추가로 수집할 수 있습니다.

  • SNS 계정 연동 시 (선택): 인스타그램/유튜브/틱톡의 팔로워 수, 프로필 정보, 게시물 메타데이터 (※ SNS 데이터 시각화 및 캠페인 매칭 목적)
  • 수익 정산 시 (필요 시): 은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주명, 주민등록번호(또는 신분증 사본 - 세무 신고 목적)

3.개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않으나, 회원이 특정 ‘광고주 캠페인’에 자발적으로 참여하는 경우에 한하여 원활한 진행(샘플 배송 등)을 위해 해당 파트너사에게 필요한 최소한의 정보(이름, 연락처 등)를 제공할 수 있습니다.

4.데이터 파기 및 회원의 권리

회원은 언제든지 서비스 내 [설정] 메뉴를 통해 SNS 연동을 해제하거나 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 수집된 개인정보 및 API 연동 데이터는 즉시 파기됩니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따른 결제/정산 기록은 법정 기간 동안 별도 보관 후 파기됩니다.

Peakon Influencer Privacy Policy

Peakon Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of its Influencer Members and complies with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act.

1.Items and Purposes of Personal Information Collected Upon Registration

The Company collects and uses the following personal information to provide services when a Member registers through Kakao Simple Login.

Required Items

  • Collected Items: Kakao account (Mobile phone number), Profile information (Nickname, Profile picture).
  • Purpose of Collection: Verification of intent to register, user identification, and dispatching essential service notices and real-time Alimtalk.

Optional Items

  • Collected Items: Gender, Age group, Birthday, Birth year.
  • Purpose of Collection: Providing influencer fandom analysis data, offering age/gender-specific benefits, and marketing utilization.

2.Information Collected During Service Use and Settlement

The Company may collect additional information when the Member uses specific features after registration.

  • SNS Account Connection (Optional): Follower counts, profile info, and post metadata from Instagram/YouTube/TikTok. (Purpose: Visual display and campaign matching)
  • Settlement for Monetization (As needed): Bank name, account number, account holder name, Resident Registration Number (or copy of identification card - for tax reporting purposes).

3.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a general rule, the Company does not provide personal information to external parties. However, if a Member voluntarily participates in a specific ‘Advertiser Campaign’, minimum necessary information (Name, Contact info, etc.) may be provided to the respective partner for execution purposes (e.g., sample delivery).

4.Data Destruction and Member Rights

Members may revoke SNS connections or request account deletion at any time through the [Settings] menu. Upon withdrawal, all collected personal information and API data will be destroyed immediately. However, transaction/settlement records required by law will be stored separately for the statutory period before being destroyed.
